We know that many of our customers have been asking for chevon (goat meat) and have been disappointed that we didn't have it. Well our shipment has finally come in and we've got a freezer full of ground and cubed chevon, as well as chops and goat sticks. Brats, patties and sticks will be arriving just in time for spring grilling.
